The mission also includes reducing hiring costs for businesses by ensuring that young job seekers are well-prepared and equipped with the necessary skills.

Vision

BAG Innovation envisions expanding its digital platform to other countries in East Africa, beyond its current presence in Rwanda.
They plan to onboard a significant portion (30%) of the student market in Rwanda, indicating their ambition to reach a wide audience and make a significant impact.
BAG Innovation aims to partner with industry experts, including the creator of Candy Crush, to gamify career development and empower young people throughout their professional journeys.
